235 m² of covered space over two floors — 144 m² enclosed plus an open-sided living pavilion — on an 811 m² plot, with a 10 × 4 m overflow pool and its own sea-view platform.

The same house as Villa 2 on a slightly larger plot of 862 m², with its own parking court. Finishes can still be chosen.
