What we do with your details
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us in the message. We also record which page you were on and, if you arrived from an advert, which campaign brought you.
Consent
The enquiry form has two separate tick boxes: one for WhatsApp, one for marketing updates. Neither is ticked by default. We record which you agreed to and when. We will not message you on WhatsApp unless you ticked that box.
Where it goes
Enquiries are stored in Google Sheets and are visible only to our own team. If you consented to WhatsApp, your number is sent to Meta so the message can be delivered. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to other agencies or developers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as it takes to answer them and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Ask and we will delete yours.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will action it. You can withdraw consent at any time — reply STOP to any WhatsApp message, or just tell us.
